Overview Saturday February 22, 2014

A low off the Central Coast will track SE along Vancouver Island, bringing light to moderate precipitation to the South Coast today. Some light precip will spread into the Southern Interior.

A dry, cold Arctic ridge of high pressure in
the far north will build southward into central BC.

Late Sunday, a Pacific warm front will spread precip into southern BC, especially the southernmost part of the South Coast.
The precipitation dissipates by Monday afternoon leaving the entire province dry through Wednesday.

All the weather models are similar: confidence is high.
